How the Spartan Challenge Works

The Spartan Challenge is an 8-week weight loss challenge designed to help you start the year strong and stay consistent. You will check in with official weigh-ins at Spartan Smoothies and compete to see who can lose the highest percentage of body weight over the challenge.

Here is what to expect:

Sign Up and Secure Your Spot
Complete the registration form on this page and pay the $47 entry fee to join the challenge.

Schedule Your Initial Weigh-in (May 1st - May 3rd )
After you sign up, you will schedule an official weigh-in at Spartan Smoothies. This starting weight will be used to track your progress.

Stay Consistent for 8 Weeks
Focus on nutrition, movement, and healthy habits. You can stop by Spartan Smoothies for better choices, support, and encouragement along the way.

Final Weigh-in (June 26th - June 28th)
At the end of the 8 weeks, you will return for your final weigh-in. Your total weight loss will be calculated, and winners will be determined by amount of body weight lost.

Anyone in or around Rome, GA who wants to lose weight and improve their health can join. You do not need to be an existing client of Spartan Smoothies or Keith’s coaching to participate.

Winners are determined by percentage of body weight lost, not just total pounds. This helps level the playing field for everyone.

Q3: What are the prizes?

Prizes are provided by Spartan Smoothies and local vendors. These include goods and services from local businesses. Exact prizes will be announced closer to the end of the challenge.

Q4: Do I have to come in every week?

You are only required to attend the initial weigh-in and the final weigh-in. However, you are welcome to come by Spartan Smoothies more often to stay connected and supported.

Q5: What if I miss my weigh-in time?

We will have reminder messages to help you remember your appointment. If something comes up, you can reschedule within the designated weigh-in dates as long as there are available time slots.

Q6: Is the $47 refundable if I change my mind?

No. The entry fee is non-refundable, as it is used to organize the challenge and support the prize pool.
