The Evolt scan can sound scary but it feels the same as stepping on a scale, that is all it is! It measures your weight, body fat, and muscle mass, as well as a few other things but it's nothing to be afraid of! This has been one of the MOST helpful tools for my fitness journey. My husband and I are in the process of prepping for a body building show in Chattanooga come June and this has helped us see what progress we have made. But whether in prep or just trying to reach a certain goal, this is the perfect tool!
